Founder and Managing Partner of Imminent Equity since 2022.  Founder and CEO, Pathbrite - an online personal organization site for careers, education, and life.  Winner of a 2013 LGBT Entrepreneurship Award presented by StartOut.org. Founding CEO and president of Calbright College, California's first public online-only community college, from 2019 to 2020. Director of Udemy (online education company) and Black Girls CODE.  Earlier in their career, Hiles served as a deputy director at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where they focused on higher education.  Non-binary.
