Editor of the weekly magazine Marianne and Director of Le Magazine Litteraire.  Former journalist with the BBC, Magazine Hebdo (1983-1985), Figaro (1985-1995), Point (1995), and editor of Figaro (2003).  Radio host for several shows.  Author of three novels.
