Celebrity television chef, author, and restaurant owner.  Former founder and owner of the restaurant Billy Kwong.  Author of the cookbooks 'Kylie Kwong: Cooking with Heart and Soul' (2003) and 'My China: Stories and Recipes from My Homeland ' (2008), both of which were accompanied by television shows.  Designer of tableware.
