==Description==

Competitive amateur boxer.  World Champion in the WBA, IBO and Ring Magazine welterweight titles (2024).  Winner of the Olympic Gold medal at the 2021 Olympic Games.  Won a bronze medal at the 2014 Commonwealth Games, becoming the first Welsh woman to win a Commonwealth Games boxing medal.  Won a gold at the 2018 Commonwealth Games and Gold at the 2019 World Championships.  Former kickboxer and football/soccer player.  Partner is fellow boxer [[Karriss Artingstall]].
