Competitive swimmer in the 200 metre breastroke division.  Won the bronze medal at the World Championships (2011) and the silver at the PanAm Games (2015).  Named 2012 Female Swimmer of the Year at Swimming Canada’s Big Splash Awards. Former synchronized swimmer.  Founded Head to Head, a mentorship company that connects youth with Olympians.
