Chief Executive Officer since 2023, and former Chief Operating Officer and Legal Counsel, for Man Group.  First woman and first LGBTQ individual to hold the position n the legal firm.  Responsible for the firm’s infrastructure, operations, technology, compliance, legal, human resources, talent, business operational risk, financial crime and corporate facilities functions.  Formerly Chief Administrative Officer of the company, prior to which she was with Barclays Capital, and prior to that at Lehman Brothers and LIFFE. Senior sponsor to Man Group’s Pride@Man (LGBT+) and BEAM (Black Employees and Allies at Man) employee networks.
