Filmmaker and playwright.  Notable films include 'The Hanging Garden' (1997), the story of photographer [[Bob Mizer]] 'Beefcake' (1999), and 'The Event' (2003).  Notable plays include 'Cloudburst' (2010), which was subsequently made into a film (2011).  Recipient of numerous film festival awards.  Also known as Thom Fitzgerald.
