Contemporary dancer and choreographer. Founder of his own dance company, Commotion (1990-2008), and with The New Zealand Dance Company. Has choreographed numerous works for Footnote Dance Company and the Royal New Zealand Ballet. Notable works include 'The Race' (1992) and 'Jerusalem' (1999). HIV positive. HIV/AIDS activist.
