Description
Former Deputy Assistant Commissioner of London's Metropolitan Police Commission, retiring in 2007. Ran unsuccessfully for Mayor of London in 2012. Played a key role in the passage of equal marriage legislation. Visiting Fellow of Ashridge Business School and lectures on leadership, managing change and diversity. Made a peer in the House of Lords in 2013. Also known as Lord Paddick.
