Director, Perkins School for the Blind since 2018. Former Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer of Marsh McLennan Companies (2013-2015). Former partner at consulting firm Oliver Wyman where she co-founded and was Executive Sponsor of Gay & Lesbians at Oliver Wyman (GLOW), as well as co-founder and Senior Advisor to Women at Oliver Wyman (WOW).
