Commercial Director of DWP. President and member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Board of Management and Council and has advised and lectured extensively and regularly in the United Kingdom, Europe, Africa and Australia. First Secretary of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. Inducted as a Member of the Order of the British Empire (2015) and a Commander of the Order of Bath (2009).
