Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion at IGM Financial, Canada's largest independent mutual fund management company, since 2021. Formerly a member of the Global LGBTQ/Diversity Business Development team with IBM Canada. Former Canadian chair of IBM’s LGBT business resource group & she is a member of Pride at Work Canada’s National Women’s Committee responsible for establishing a national mentoring program.
