Head Coach of the U.S. Women's basketball team since 2021. Head Coach of WNBA team Minnesota Lynx since 2010. The winningest coach in WNBA history by percentage, and has won the most postseason games of any coach in WNBA history. WNBA Coach of the Year (2011 and 2016). WNBA’s 2019 Executive of the Year.
