Lawyer with the firm Keechl Law. Former Mayor (2010) and Councillor of Broward County Commission in Florida (which includes Fort Lauderdale) from 2006-2010, being the first gay mayor in Florida. Advocate for the addition of gender identity and expression to county nondiscrimination law, gays in the military, and same-sex marriage. Also known as Kenneth Keechl.
