Description
Professional golfer. A transitioned athlete who has caused controversy over right to compete by LPGA and Ladies Golf Union. First openly transitioned player to compete in a professional golf tournament (2004 Womens Australian Open), and the first transsexual to qualify for the Ladies European Tour (LET). Activist for full inclusion of transgender individuals in the sport.
