Description
Portrait photographer who took colour blasted, abstract images of young naked Chinese men and women. The graphic sexual content lead to him being arrested on several occasions. Poet. His early self-published photo books are collector's items and his work was published globally, in an all-new retrospective monograph by Taschen (2016). Committed suicide.
