Description
Works for the Namibia Diverse Women's Association, an inter-sectional feminist organization. Former Executive Director of the LGBTI Rights group Out-Right Namibia. Co-founded the Coalition of African Lesbians (2003), and in 2007 she was involved in the re-launch of the Pan African ILGA nonprofit. Formerly with Red Cross. Chaired the Namibian Paralegal Association (2006-2010). Producer of the radio talk show 'Talking Pink'. Chair for the Media Institute for Southern Africa (MISA). Frequent spokeswoman for LGBTQ+ rights in Namibian media.
