Description
Attorney noted for her work in the LGBTQ community, and other dis-advantaged communities (immigrants, children). The first woman in Chicago to be appointed Public Defender in the Morals Court. Inducted posthumously into the Chicago Gay and Lesbian Hall of Fame (1992).
