Chair of PRS for Music since 2024, an organization protecting the rights of 180k songwriters, composers,and music publishers globally. Chair of Mind, the UK's largest and leading mental health charity, since 2018 and of the British Council (2019-2022). Former Director of the Cooperative Group until 2024. Former chief executive officer of ClearChannel from 1999 to 2006, and as Chief Executive Officer of Future plc from 2006 to 2012. Named Woman of the Year in 2010. Appointed a Commander of the British Empire in 2017. Also known as Stephanie Spring.
