Notable Nazi sympathizer, who post-war inherited the Flick business empire (steel and coal) that made him the richest man in Austria at the time. Notable for his involvement in 'the Flick Affair', where he was found to have bribed officials to avoid taxes and receive political favours; subsequently sold his business to Deutsche Bank.
