Description

Democratic Party member of the Vermont State House of Representatives since 1994. LGBTQ activist, who formerly helped found Outright Vermont, the state's first gay rights group, and gay pride parade. Co-founded the Samara Foundation of Vermont, an LGBT community foundation. Active in supporting various legislative pieces with respect to the rights of the LGBTQ community in the state. Also known as Bill Lippert.
