Description
Founder and Managing Partner, Ndadi Law Firm, which focusses on human rights issues. Former Executive Director for the Botswana Network on Ethics, Law and HIV/AIDS, (BONELA) (2009-2013). Has been successful in numerous cases before the Industrial Court concerning rights of HIV positive workers. Ndadi has also won in the High Court on a case that set a precedent that HIV status is a private matter and that no one has a right to divulge such information about another without the persons consent. Named a 2010 JCI Ten Outstanding Young Persons of the World (JCI TOYP) recipient.
