Description
Singer, songwriter. Artistic Director of Buddies in Bad Times Theatre in Toronto since 2015, and formerly The Young Creators Unit. Also known as evalyn parry. Directed Ghana-born actor Tawiah M’carthy’s solo show Obaaberima (which won of best production of the year at the Dora Awards in 2013), co-created the controversial experimental work Breakfast with the collective Independent Aunties, and performed in her own hit song cycle, Spin.
