Singer, songwriter of contemporary folk music. Has also composed one opera and is currently working on a second: his first, 'Prima Donna' (2007); and his second opera, 'Hadrian', to be completed in 2018 for the Canadian Opera Company. Recipient of two Juno Awards for Best Alternative Album.
