Description
Economist, University Professor and senior research fellow at the Economic Research Institute of the UNAM. One of the founders of the Homosexual Movement of Lima (MHOL). Sued the Peruvian government to have his same-sex marriage recognized as legitimate and won in court (2016), bringing the country closer to marriage equality.
