Principal, Navigator, a strategic management consultancy firm. Co-founder and former President of The Strategic Counsel, a market research firm. Senior advisor to many national and international clients. He has had extensive experience over more than 20 years in designing and executing research programs that respond to a wide range of business and market challenges. His particular expertise in the telecommunications and financial-services sectors has led to on-going, long-term research for clients such as Rogers, a major Canadian bank, the Canadian Bankers Association and a variety of government departments.
