President and Chief Operating Officer of Uphold (formerly Bitreserve) since 2015, a provider of financial services transactions. Formerly Global Chief Information Officer, Nike. Formerly Technology head, and chair of Retail and Business Banking Technology's Diversity and Inclusion Council, Barclays Bank. Chair of the European Diversity Awards, a member of the board of DGS plc and a trustee of the Inclusive Foundation, an LGBT youth charity. Recently appointed a Board member, GLAAD, the first non-American to be appointed.
