Playwright, composer and lyricist. Productions include the book and lyrics for the play 'Only Children', and 'A Strange Loop' (2019) for which he received the Pulitzer Prize. First black writer to receive the prize for a musical theatre work. Named one of the "Black Male Writers for our Time" by The New York Times (2018).
