Description
LGBTQ activist and journalist. The first black transgender woman to hold a senior leadership role at Out magazine (2018-2020) - during her two-year tenure at the LGBTQ publication, she led the Trans Obituaries Project, which honored the lives of trans women who had died. Founded Black Trans Circles, which provides spaces for black trans women to share their experiences and come together to organize for justice.
