Former Ambassador to India (2007-2011) and Director of the Office of the Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs (2011- 2011). Spokesman of the Presidency of the Republic, 2004-2007. Counsellor at the Permanent Mission of France to the United Nations in New York (1993-1995).
