Description
Landscape architect and garden designer, notable for the conceptualist design in his work, incorporating the historic, economic, and botanical elements of a site into the design. Founder and principal of Claude Cormier et Associes of Montreal, Quebec. Notable for his 'Blue Stick Garden' created for the International Gardens Festival at Reford Gardens, Quebec. Current projects include the National Holocaust Garden, Ottawa. Projects have been undertaken in Canada and around the world.
