Former artistic director of the Colonial Theatre in Pittsfield, Massachusetts and Interim President of The American Academy of Dramatic Arts, Los Angeles campus (2007-2008). Former President, Theatre of Arts College, California (2009-2013). Member, LGBTQ Presidents in Higher Education.
