Description
Associate Vice President for Research and Innovation and Dean of the Graduate College at the University of Northern Iowa. Professor in the Department of Kinesiology, where she focuses on psychosocial perspectives of physical activity. Research has examined hazing in sport as well as issues of gender and sexuality in sport and exercise. Associate Editor of the Women in Sport and Physical Activity Journal and is a co-creator and co-organizer of the Social Justice in Sport and Exercise Psychology Symposium.
