Description
Assistant Strength Coach of the Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League since 2021. Considered the first coach in the NFL and the first coach in America's professional sport circuit to come out as gay (2023). Former linebacker at Western Connecticut State, a Division III program. He held internships as a strength coach at Iowa and Army before earning full-time jobs at Baylor and Vanderbilt.
