General Manager, and Head Coach, of Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA) Los Angeles Sparks, and formerly with Connecticut Suns team (2015-2022). Scout for the U.S. Olympic team which won Olympic Gold at the 2024 Paris gaems. First publicly out coach of a professional sports team. Formerly head coach of the Indiana Hoosiers women's basketball team (2012-2015) and assistant coach with the Los Angeles Sparks (2015). Named to the 2024 induction class of the Mid-American Conference Hall of Fame.
