Description
Competitive middle-distance track racer in the 3000-metre race and member of the United States National Team. Winner of a bronze medal at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games and a silver medal at the 2024 World Indoor Championship. Broke the indoor record for the 3000-metre race that had held for two decades (2022). Winner of the National Championship in the 3000-metre race (2024). The North American outdoor record holder over the one mile distance, the North American indoor record holder for the 1500 meters and one mile, and briefly held the world record in the indoor mile for a five day stretch from February 8 to February 13, 2025. Signed with the Grand Slam Track league for the 2025 season, competing in the short distance 800 m / 1500 m category.
