Description
First openly gay Tory peer in the House of Lords when he was appointed in 2010. Executive Director, Telegraph Media Group. Chairman of the Press Standards Board of Finance (PressBof), the body responsible for funding the Press Complaints Commission and overseeing the industry's system of self-regulation.
