Partner, Isaacson Miller Recruitment. Former Executive Director of the Center for Policy Alternatives (CPA) (2001-2008), a progressive political non profit. Founder of both the Boston Lesbian and Gay Political Alliance and Bay State Stonewall Democrats. Former Executive Director, Human Rights Campaign (1989-1995). Political Director for the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force since 2001. Author of 'The Price of Access'.
