Description

Purple Party and Peruvians For Change Member of the Peruvian Congress since 2016. Former adjunct faculty at the University of the Pacific and the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. Expertise lie in Economics of sustainable development and climate change. Received the Victory Institute Tammy Baldwin Breakthrough Award for his work for equality (2019). LGBTQ activist. Founding member, Global Equality Caucus.
