Energy Transitions Advisor, Doctors Without Borders, since 2022. Former Climate Change Strategic Lead with the government of the Northwest Territories, Canada. Environmental and a building engineer, green buildings specialist and decarbonization expert. He holds a building engineering degree (Concordia University), grad-level studies in sustainable carbon management (Université du Québec à Chicoutimi) and a Climate Fellowship from Cornell University (Ithaca, New York), which he focused on the creation of a draft decarbonization roadmap for the community of Dettah of the Yellowknives Dene First Nation.
