Description
Former managing director and group leader of the global Retailing Investment Banking Group of Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. (“Merrill Lynch”), an investment banking firm until 2002. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch in 1997, she was a managing director at Salomon Brothers, Inc., an investment banking firm, where she founded and led the retail industry investment banking unit, having joined Salomon Brothers in 1989. Director of the TJX Companies, Inc. (since 2005), Fedex Corp (since 2022), and NextEra Energy since 2015. Previously served as a director of GNC Holdings, Inc. and as a member of the Board of Trustees of Urban Edge Properties.
