Former head of the Jamaica Forum for Lesbians, All Sexuals and Gays (J-Flag) from 2004-2008, fled to Canada following a series of death threats. One of two co-petitioners bringing the legal challenge against his former homeland at the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights.
