Author of numerous books and reports on the subject, and recipient of numerous awards for her research including Prix Honoris - Quebec LGBT Advisory (2013), Prix Phenicia - Quebec Gay Chamber of Commerce (2012), and Person of the Year - Quebec Gay & Lesbian Organization (2010).
