Councillor and former Mayor (2009-2010) of the London borough of Barnet. Former Conservative Party member of the London Assembly for Barnet and Camden between 2000 and 2012. Suspended as a Conservative Party member when he assaulted a woman filming him as he parked illegally. Controversial politician who has been involved in a number of high profile actions.
