Description

Equal Employment Opportunity Commissioner since 2010. Notable for instituting protections for gay employees. Former Law Professor, Georgetown University, and founded the Law Center's Federal Legislation and Administrative Clinic (1991-2010). Former Legislative Counsel at the American Civil Liberties Union (1988-1991).
