Founder, Micro Rainbow International (2012), an organization which works to create tools, programmes, and policy recommendations that enable LGBTI people to step out of poverty around the world. Former executive director of UK Lesbian & Gay Immigration Group (UKLGIG) (2006-2009), and held the same post at the International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Intersex Association (ILGA, 2010-2012).
