Description
Under-secretary of state under Foreign minister Gustav Rasmussen (1939-1941). Forced to resign after 2 years, having made homosexual advances to a diplomat. Prior to this, was attaché at the conquest of Paris in 1928, then as deputy consul in Hamburg 1930 and in New York 1933, and again in Paris as secretary of secretary in 1936. Later, a newspaper commentator in Rome after following Rasmussen there.
