Description

Television presenter for the evening news show Newsnight since 2014. Economist and former economics editor for BBC. Currently acts as a presenter on BBC's television version of 'The Dragon's Den' and 'The Bottom Line'. Author of the book 'Public Spending' (Penguin, 1998). Author of the books 'Public Spending' (1998), 'Made in Britain: How the Nation Earns Its Living' (2011), and 'Post-Truth: Why We Have Reached Peak Bullshit and What We Can Do About It' (2017). Partner is Guillaume Baltz, a French landscape architect.
