Description

Transgender activist. Member of Angels of Change, an organization that provides health care services for trans youth. Honoured with a 2014 Lambda Legal Award for her work. Board member for the national Latino/a human rights organization, Unidas LGBT, and the National Youth Advocacy Coalition (NYAC). Founder and operates the Coalición Trans-Latina (TransLatin@ Coalition), a group of transgender Latino leaders from around the country working to address and advocate for the needs of trans Latins living in the United States. HIV positive.
