Description
Pseudonym of a gay activist who filed a court complaint against his local Civil Affairs bureau in 2015 when it refused to issue a marriage licence for himself and his same sex partner, but the case was subsequently rejected. Launched an online campaign in 2018 to encourage the National People’s Congress (NPC) to discuss equal marriage. His hashtags have been viewed more than 70 million times on China’s social media.
